The Role Provide leadership and direction to the staff under direct supervision and ensure the delivery of high levels of customer service. Deliver services to the customers in the most efficient and effective manner and in line with Belgravia Leisure's mission, vision and values by delivering a first class experience for the facilities customers.
About You: Certificate Level II in First Aid Current Working with Children Check Current National Police Check Current CPR Ability to work independently and in a team environment Sound interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organisational skills Cash Handling and sales experience Experience with a computer based point of sale system Similar experience in a fast paced, multi-faceted customer service role Key Accountabilities Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone by responding to customers' needs or concerns and ensure the quality of service meets agreed customer service standards. Recruitment and induction of new, quality staff as directed by the Centre Manager. Ensure customer service staff are well informed and have a sound knowledge of the Centre's services and programs. Ensure that daily cash handling records using Point of Sale (POS) systems are accurate and reflect all transactions done during a day. Use a variety of marketing methods to promote the centre and its services in order to consolidate and increase patronage and membership base. Respond to community requests for bookings. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply!
