We're Hiring: Behaviour Support Practitioner
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team and create meaningful change in the lives of the people we support.

About You
You are passionate about empowering others to live their best lives and have the experience and skills to make a positive impact.
Hold relevant tertiary qualifications with registration in your professional field.
Have 2–3 years' experience in behaviour support services.
Possess a strong understanding of the NDIS framework.
Demonstrate a commitment to motivating and driving clients to achieve their goals.
Have a reliable vehicle and are willing to drive to conduct visits in homes, the community, and other settings.
Hold (or can obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening and Practitioner ID.
What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality behaviour support services aligned with the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
Conduct home, community, and other setting-based visits to provide person-centred support.
Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely documentation in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
Compile detailed and professional reports for participants, carers, and other health professionals.
Provide person-centred support to reduce behaviours of concern and enhance overall wellbeing.
