We are seeking a motivated and high-performing individual to join our Behavioural Insights (BI) Unit.
As a Behavioural Insights Adviser , in our Enterprise Strategy and Design business line, you'll provide expert advice on the application of BI, drawn from psychology, behavioural economics, sociology and other fields. You'll analyse how humans behave, design interventions for behaviour change and test them in the community to support the ATO's objectives.
You will lead projects that relate to individual and business taxpayers, as well as superannuation and business registry. You will provide leadership, work with business partners and be an active member of the Behavioural Insights and Design branch.
You will have strategic vision and bring expertise in various aspects of BI, such as trial design, statistical data analysis and evaluation using randomised controlled trials, or behavioural science research and behavioural analysis. You will be open to learning and using new methods incorporating other disciplines such as human-centred design and systems thinking.
This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth or Sydney CBD.
