We are seeking a motivated and high-performing individual to join our Behavioural Insights (BI) Unit.
As a Behavioural Insights Adviser, in our Enterprise Strategy and Design business line, you'll provide advice on the application of BI, drawn from psychology, behavioural economics, sociology and other fields. You'll analyse how humans behave, design interventions for behaviour change and test them in the community to support the ATO's objectives.
You will contribute to projects that relate to individual and business taxpayers, as well as superannuation and business registry. You'll be open to learning and using new methods incorporating other disciplines such as human-centred design and systems thinking.
You will join our multidisciplinary team where you'll provide support to other staff by being an active team member in the Behavioural Insights and Design branch. You'll bring expertise in various aspects of BI, such as trial design, statistical data analysis and evaluation using randomised controlled trials, or behavioural science research and behavioural analysis. You may manage a small team.
This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth or Sydney CBD.
