We're seeking to fill an Adviser role in our Behavioural Economics and Education Team. Offers will be based on candidate performance and operational requirements. About the Team

The Behavioural Economics and Education Team:
designs and delivers tailored education resources and initiatives to educate the community about their workplace rights and obligations monitors, maintains, and enhances a diverse and large suite of education tools and resources to ensure they remain market leading, credible, accurate and fit-for-purpose. This includes fact sheets, guides, a smartphone app, interactive online tools, online courses, education videos, and templates conducts research activities to understand the education needs of the workplace community and behavioural barriers to compliance applies behavioural economics and human centred design approaches and principles to understand and influence behaviour in Australian workplaces evaluates the impact of our resources and initiatives to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
