The position involves all project elements, from brief to design, delivery, and execution.Bespoke and brief-led, no two projects will be the same. In one month, you could uncover tools to speed up the diagnosis of rare diseases, re-conceptualise retail experiences, investigate the psychology of saving, optimise sales call conversions or develop interventions that reduce the risk of drink-driving.Key Responsibilities: Facilitating client conversations and building relationshipsDelivering strong project managementExploring and diagnosing briefsDesigning and mapping methodologies and frameworksApplying quantitative and qualitative methods to understand behaviourFacilitating in-depth interviews and workshopsTriangulating, synthesising, and interpreting quantitative dataTesting and evaluating ideasDesigning and applying evidence-based interventionsInspiring clients to take action and helping implement interventionsThought leaders in behavioural science, psychology, consulting, and neuroscience, the team is doing extraordinary work and has a coveted reputation for the quality of their thinking and successful results.The essentials: Prior commercial consulting experience – management consulting or market researchPostgraduate academic qualifications in psychology, economics, or behavioural scienceAbility to translate academic concepts into commercial acumen and simplify complexityDemonstrated understanding of behavioural science frameworksComfortable grappling with problems with a high degree of ambiguityNatural ability to think analytically, creatively, and laterally all at onceGenuine, down-to-earth, collaborative, and love learningDeeply passionate about commercial behavioural scienceThey offer ultimate work-life flexibility with home working, so this role can be based in any location across Australia.
