National 360 has an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour SupportPractitioner Supervisor to join our national team. With a strong team ofqualified PBS Leaders, you will work in an environment which fosters theadvancement of clinical skills through a robust clinical support structure.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner Supervisor, you will be providing acombination of community, clinic, and telehealth-based services to NDISparticipants of all ages, supported by a Multidisciplinary Team. You will alsodemonstrate leadership through the supervision of early career therapists andthose new to the organisation. For those new to a supervisory role, ourcomprehensive Clinical Leadership Development Program will equip you with theskills & knowledge to confidently and competently mentor and coach others.

The overall aim of the Behaviour Support Practitioner Supervisor role isto improve a person's quality of life and that of the people around them. Someof the things you'll be responsible for in your role include:

· Building relationships with the participant and keystakeholders.

· Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).

· Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plansthat can include function-based strategies.

· Providing training and education to stakeholders.

· Reviewing and reducing restrictive practices inaccordance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.

· Regular data collection and monitoring progress.

· Supporting early career Behaviour SupportPractitioners with clinical supervision to increase their confidence &competence.

About You We believe that talented clinicians are developed and nurtured, not justfound through an exhaustive list of requirements. With that being said, thereare a few requirements for our Behaviour Support Practitioner Supervisor whichare:

· Bedeemed as 'Proficient' by the NDIS Commission and working towards or met 'Advanced' level (evidence of suitability letter required).

· Minimum 3years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (including demonstratedexperience of conducting FBAs and writing Behaviour Support Plans, ideallywithin the NDIS).

· Experience supervising and coaching other NDIS Behaviour SupportPractitioners (preferred).

· Experienceof working with restrictive practices.

· A Relevant Tertiary Qualification (e.g.,Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling,Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences).

· Alearning mindset and commitment to continuous development.

· NDISWC /WWCC (or willingness to apply).
