Job Description   A unique opportunity has become available for a  Behaviour Support Practitioner  located in Shepparton (or nearby) to   join our professional and friendly team.
Thanks to our commitment to service excellence, demand for our services has increased and we have the need to find a new practitioner in the Shepparton area.  We will consider an entry level practitioner or someone who already has a sound knowledge of The Positive Behaviour Support Model of reducing the use of restrictive practices, as well as a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes.
  As a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will... Support our clients (NDIS participants), along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning Identify meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising The Positive Behaviour Support Framework, with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community Develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-based support plans within a complex support space Ensure individual plans reflect our clients' goals, passions and strengths Build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support our clients - family, carers, friends, etc   Why Join Us?
