By collaborating with NDIS participants and their communities, you will ensure the delivery of tailored and individualised services that prioritise outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders within a positive behavior support framework.
Develop, implement, and review individualised behavior support plans.
Conduct relevant assessments and gather data for behavior analysis.
Meet customer acquisition and clinical activity targets.
