Our Positive Behaviour Support Model encompasses the multidisciplinary expertise of Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to understand the drivers of behaviours from a communication, sensory and environmental perspective.
Job Description A unique opportunity has become available for aBehaviourSupport Practitioner located in Bendigo or surrounds tojoin our professional and friendly team.

Wewill consider an entry level practitioner or someone with asound knowledge of The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework for reducing the use of restrictive practices, as well as a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes.

Support our clients (NDIS participants), along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning Identifymeaningful goals and practical strategiesutilising The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Famework, with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community Develop, deliverand evaluateevidence-based support plans within a complex support space Ensureindividual plans reflect our clients' goals, passions and strengths Buildthe knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support our clients - family, carers, friends, etc Why Join Us?
