We are looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or Proficient status) to join our Port Mac team!
You will support vulnerable members of the community by acting as an advocate and role model. On a daily basis, you will be:
Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based support plansDeveloping meaningful goals and practical strategies utilizing a positive behaviour support framework, and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practicesBuilding the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc.Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary teamWhat's in it for you?
