Our collaborative culture ensures that everyone feels engaged and energised by the support they receive.Specialised Supervision: Receive ongoing support from specialist supervisors who are dedicated to guiding and assisting you in your professional journey.Selection Criteria – What You'll Need: ***Please review the criteria below carefully before applying for this role*** Experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner willing to take on a dual role as a Therapeutic Case Manager:You are an experienced mental health practitioner with a proven ability to provide individual and group support covering a variety of issues, including trauma, grief and loss, mental health, counselling and substance use.We are seeking candidates who are deemed suitable as Behaviour Support Practitioners, in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission - NDIS capability framework.You will have high-level skills in reflective practice and problem-solving, with the ability to apply initiative and make informed judgements in the proactive management of complex situations, including responding to critical incidents: sexual assault disclosures, acute mental health risks, domestic violence, and children at risk.You also have experience supporting clients navigating the NDIS and have an understanding of NDIS practices and updated legislation.You have extensive experience in working collaboratively with clients, their families, carers, and clinicians' services to conduct thorough assessments, identify needs, aspirations, and goals, and facilitate warm referrals and other referrals to partner agencies and services as needed.You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Your ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.Proven experience: Substantiated by references, demonstrating your ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders is essential for this role.Qualifications: Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related discipline.
