November 2024 - Ongoing The School and Role Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities?
Vision for Education are working with a two form entry Primary school based in Halewood, who are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) with a small group of children.
You will join a dedicated SEND team whose aim is to reduce barriers to learning and foster a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
The role is full-time to start as soon as possible on an ongoing basis.
Requirements The desired Behaviour Support Assistant will have:
Experience of working with primary school aged childrenExperience working with children with a SEND background/on a 1-1 basisExperience of supporting children particularly with behaviour challengesA passion for the progress of primary school pupilsHave, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS checkWhat We Offer As a Behaviour Support Assistant who is part of our team, you will benefit from:
