About Us: Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL) is on a mission to enhance educational outcomes and student wellbeing across our vibrant Catholic school community. We're looking for a dedicated, innovative, and skilled Behaviour Curriculum and Interventions Education Officer to join our Culture and Safeguarding team in Bendigo. Be a driving force in shaping positive, safe, and effective learning environments!
Your Role: You'll be pivotal in developing and implementing effective behaviour management strategies and interventions. Your expertise will guide schools in maintaining calm and orderly learning environments, ensuring every student receives the support they need to thrive. Collaborate with a dynamic team to execute Tier 1-3 interventions and foster a unified approach to behaviour management throughout our network.
Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement a consistent behaviour curriculum across all CESL schools. Enact and oversee Tier 1, 2, and 3 interventions to support positive student behaviour. Provide training and resources to school leaders and staff for effective behaviour management. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address complex behavioural issues. Ensure compliance with CESL's Duty of Care policies and enhance student behaviour support systems. Communicate with parents to build a cohesive approach to student behaviour. About You: Tertiary qualification in Education or a related field. Extensive experience in implementing behaviour interventions and strategies. Strong collaborative skills with a focus on effective communication and teamwork. A commitment to Catholic teachings and values, with a passion for fostering safe and supportive learning environments. Proven ability to manage and lead initiatives across multiple schools.
