Behaviour Analyst/Program Supervisor (Pymble) - August 2021

Details of the offer

Bright Eyes Early Intervention is a private early intervention and psychology clinic servicing Sydney's North Shore and the Blue Mountains Region. A position is available at our Pymble clinic.
We provide evidence based early intervention services to children with autism and other disabilities or disorders, in addition to general paediatric psychology sessions. Our early intervention treatment approach utilises the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis, which is data driven for optimal treatment outcomes. Our clients are generally preschool and primary-aged; however, we also work with older children, teenagers and adults for behaviour support, anxiety, social skill development, and mental health.
Our early intervention programs are highly individualised with a focus on teaching functional skills and working with the child as part of the family unit. The parents are an integral part of our programs and we help train them in the theoretical and practical aspects of Applied Behaviour Analysis so they may continue practice of their child's goals in the home environment.
We also provide a range of other services including developmental and psychological assessments, preschool and school consultancy and seminars, anxiety programs, behaviour management programs and social skills groups. We believe that it is important for staff working within this field to have a varied caseload to keep the job interesting and motivating.
We are looking for someone to join our highly qualified and experienced team to provide high quality intervention for our dedicated clients. Our clinic has a very good reputation, a good referral base and the need for growth due to the high demand of client referrals. If you are passionate about early intervention and applied behaviour analysis, want to make a difference to the lives of others, have a positive attitude, good work ethic and would prefer to spend the majority of your day working face to face with clients then we would like to hear from you.
