Our family-centred program meets the Guidelines for Good Practice and supports children with autism to develop essential life skills, independence, and confidence.
We are supported by our team of Room Leaders, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Behaviour Analysts, and receive regular professional development across all disciplines building upon our skill sets and knowledge.
Behaviour Analysts & Consultants At AEIOU you will be working within a transdisciplinary therapy and education team, contributing to Individual Plans to support children to develop play, social, motor, and self-help skills.
Our Behaviour Analysts also provide training and supervision to team members in their area of expertise.
Who are we looking for?
You will have completed a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis or similar and hold your Certified Behaviour Analyst Membership (CBA), or Undergrade Membership (CBAU).
You will ideally have experience delivering therapy services to children with Autism and have an understanding of the principles of behavioural interventions (including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and other complementary models of practice).

You have energy and zeal, balanced with patience and kindness.
