We are looking for our next Beer Systems Technician to join our On Premise (think pubs and clubs) Draught Quality Team, reporting into our Draught Quality Systems Manager.
This is a permanent, full-time role.
You will play an important role in enabling our On-Premise customers to deliver a superior tap beer experience.
You will work closely with our sales teams and engage with customers, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your collaboration, customer service and technical skills.
This role services Northern Queensland (Cape York, Gulf, south to Airlie Beach and out to Mount Isa) and Northern WA (Kimberley and Karratha regions).

Please note that to successfully cover the territory, regular, extended periods of travel will be required.
A day in the life Deliver Draught Works training program at customer venuesImplement ongoing proactive support and training for customersService key customers by responding to reactive callsDiagnose customer beer system issues over the phone or video callCollaborate with the Sales Team to deliver requirements of customer contractsSupport the Sales Team by installing new tap products and proprietary fontsEnsure all work carried out is in accordance with OH&S regulations and industry standardsWhat you'll bring A high level of motivation, being a self-starterStrong time management, prioritisation and planning skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsA background in refrigeration, plumbing or mechanical tradesExperience in installing and/or maintaining beer systems would be an advantageA focus on driving system and process improvementsAt Lion, we offer 'growth on tap' and you'll get hooked on reaching higher with each new challenge.
