About Us We're InLife, a not-for-profit disability support provider that specializes in working with people with frequent and complex support needs, including 24/7 assistance. We build teams around every client, depending on each person's needs and preferences. We partner with people with any type of disability who want to live independently in the community. Our assistants are crucial in making this happen.

Our clients may have physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities, or autism. We're honored that many of our clients rely solely on InLife for their essential support needs.

To Do a Great Job, You'll Need: Experience supporting people with a physical disability, including transfers/use of equipment, and confidence in hoisting. Experience in personal care (showering and dressing). Assistance with domestic duties. Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Great patience and willingness to build rapport with our clients. Ability to work with a care team approach and follow guidance from professionals. Good judgment, listening skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to our values. Willingness to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, short shifts, sleepovers, and active night shifts. Full driver's license and willingness to provide transport in your own vehicle (costs reimbursed). Benefits Great pay, generous benefits, and a supportive team culture.
