The Opportunity
This influential role is truly diverse and perfect for someone who is ready to harness this exciting opportunity by making it their own and take the next step in their administration management career. This role will be a permanent full-time on-site position based in our Newcastle office.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the Office Services Manager will oversee and manage the office services function in the Newcastle office, including facility management, event management, and providing administration support to our Corporate Services Manager and, at times, support to the wider regional leadership team.
Your day-to-day will involve providing service to both internal and external clients, and you'll be the go-to person for coordinating with suppliers and providers on building management matters as directed by the Corporate Services Manager. You'll also manage a variety of administrative functions, including reception/front of house, mail and couriers, onboarding activities, facilities maintenance, meetings and catering, and corporate HSE activities.
About You
To be successful in the role, you will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills and a 'can-do attitude'. You will enjoy problem-solving and be highly organised with the ability to meet multiple deadlines. The ability to build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships is also highly important for success in this role.
