Salary Range: From $66,000 to $75,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Position: Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician)
Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)
Skills & Qualifications: Relevant AQF Certificate IV; or Relevant AQF Certificate III with at least two years of relevant full time or part time equivalent experience in a Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician) role or a similar position. A keen eye for detail, beauty and aesthetics. Applicant must solidly commit to at least 2 to 3 years of permanent full-time employment with the employer. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a range of services, including classic, shellac, acrylic, gel, and dip manicures and pedicures, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for every client. Create beautiful decorative nail art that reflects clients' unique styles and personalities, using your creativity and precision. Apply and maintain artificial nails, providing repair services to ensure clients leave with flawless nails. Offer specialized hand and foot treatments that promote relaxation and well-being. Manage bookings, arrange appointments, and maintain accurate client records for a seamless service experience. Provide expert advice on nail, hand, and foot products and services, helping clients choose the best options for their needs while proactively promoting products to enhance their beauty routines.
