Salary Range: From $66,000 to $75,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Position: Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician)
Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)
Skills & Qualifications:
Relevant AQF Certificate IV; or
Relevant AQF Certificate III with at least two years of relevant full time or part time equivalent experience in a Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician) role or a similar position.
A keen eye for detail, beauty and aesthetics.
Applicant must solidly commit to at least 2 to 3 years of permanent full-time employment with the employer.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of services, including classic, shellac, acrylic, gel and dip manicures and pedicures, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients.
Create stunning decorative nail art that reflects clients' choice and personalities, using your creativity and attention to detail.
Apply and maintain artificial nails, offering repair services to ensure every client leaves with perfect nails.
Provide specialized hand and foot treatments that promote relaxation and well-being.
Receive bookings, arrange appointments, and maintain accurate client records to ensure a seamless service experience.
Offer specialized guidance on nail, hand, and foot products and services, assisting clients in selecting the best options for their needs, while proactively promoting products and services to elevate their beauty routines.
