Skin and Laser Studio is seeking a friendly and talented Beauty and Laser Therapist to join our team in St Leonards, NSW.
As a Casual or Full-Time Beauty and Laser Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and high-quality treatments to our clients.
What you'll be doing Performing a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, tinting, spray tanning, manicure and pedicure.Dermal treatments using industry leading, medical grade devices, including Laser Hair Removal, HIFU, RF needling, Pigmentation and Spider vein reduction, Oxygen Infusion, LED Light Therapy.Consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable treatments and home care products.Create personalised treatment plans to help achieve clients' skin goals.Assist with general clinic and reception duties and administrative tasks.Assist with inventory management and stock control.Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety protocols.Contribute to the overall success of the clinic by providing exceptional customer service.Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.What we're looking for Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty/Dermal Therapist and Laser Therapist.Qualifications: Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV.Completed or enrolled in a Laser Safety Officer Certificate course (preferred but not essential; we will provide training for the suitable candidate).Strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety.Someone who is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.Knowledgeable about cosmeceutical skincare, professional treatments, and services.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Available to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and late-night trade (Thursdays).Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.What we offer At Skin and Laser Studio, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment.
