We are now seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual for the role of Beauty Advisor to join the team at our flagship store in Armadale, Victoria.

The RoleAs one of our valued ANDERSEN team members you will provide welcoming, authentic, and personalised service to our customers. With your passion for people you will ensure that each client receives an exceptional and individual in-store experience that exceeds expectations, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident, informed, inspired and happy.
In-store Customer Care – provide specialised guidance on skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, hair and body care, and assist customers with all enquiries about the ANDERSEN range.Skincare Consultations – provide thorough, individual skincare consultations and trusted product guidance.Makeup Applications – assist customers with in-store product testing, shade matching and provide makeup applications and education.Point Of Sale – facilitate a memorable point of sale experience and assist with all in-store functions.Manage in-store displays including stock management, visual merchandising and maintenance of product testers and materials.In-Store Events – assist with all elements of customer care during special events.General ad hoc tasks to support the ANDERSEN team.This position involves morning/afternoon/occasional evening and some weekend work.
Is this you?You're a skincare expert who is passionate about beauty with a specific interest in Conscious/'Clean' Beauty.
You're a highly motivated individual with a desire to offer memorable experiences and has exceptional customer service and sales ability.
Skincare experience – knowledge across brands, ingredients, trends, treatments and techniques is highly valued and a special interest in supporting our clients in their skin health goals is essential.
Makeup Artistry experience – a master of a natural beauty aesthetic with the ability to create no-makeup makeup looks and event makeup.
Experience within a retail environment will be highly valued but is not essential.
A confident communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ultra-reliable, trustworthy team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
