Day to Day Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendationsMaintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised, and invitingStay up-to-date with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trendsProcess transactions efficiently while meeting sales targetsHandle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checksParticipate in promotional activities and assist with in-store eventsBuild strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty Who you are 2+ years of retail experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, or skincareStrong product knowledge and a genuine interest in skincare trendsExcellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with customers and understand their needs to create a personalised customer experienceA natural aptitude for delivering excellent customer service with a welcoming and warm approachAn ability to inspire and empower others around you creating an incredible team environment with your excellent communication skillsThrive in a fast-paced environment, staying calm and efficient under pressureConfidence and empathy when managing difficult situations or troubleshooting complex problemsExceptional multitasking abilities, with strong prioritization and time management skillsIf you have a deep passion for beauty and retail, and the business savvy to turn ambition into action, this is your moment to make a mark on a brand's legacy.
