Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is largely responsible for building/construction projects across Canberra (ACT) and the South Coast.
You will be responsible for contractor management including variations, on-site inspections, and project reporting.
FOR YOU... As the Site Manager, you will work autonomously and effectively to coordinate and support dedicated and results-orientated Installation Teams.
You will oversee the projects and ensure they are delivered on schedule and under budget, liaising directly with stakeholders and managing any contractors on site.
Your role will include: Maintaining schedules Allocating tiling jobs QA inspections Processing tiler invoices Providing support to tiling and building supervisors Administrative duties including reporting OUR CULTURE...
