We need a Sales Leader who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, get the very best out of the team, train and develop the team in sales and lead conversion, and effectively manage process, performance, and accountability.

You will have proven experience managing or leading a team and will be a seasoned salesperson with a passion for product and motivation to achieve high sales targets and overall success for the store. You will work at the frontline and behind the scenes to ensure targets are met whilst reporting to and being supported by the Franchise Owners. Your knowledge, calm and professional nature, and sense of passion will ensure your success in this role.
