Position: Architect/Experienced Graduate
Location: Rockhampton, Central Queensland
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative, sustainable design solutions.
Lead and manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met.
Prepare and produce technical drawings and documentation.
Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project construction.
Manage and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
Participate in business development activities, including networking and marketing our services.
Requirements:
Registered Architect or experienced Graduate of Architecture (minimum 8 years' experience in Australia).
Proficient in REVIT or ArchiCAD documentation.
Experience in commercial architecture is highly desirable.
Ability to manage and deliver projects across all phases.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Understanding of local BCA, standards and regulations.
A White Card is desirable.
