What you'll do
You'll play a key leadership role within a leading digital organisation to ensure business and customer outcomes are achieved, while reporting to the Product Chapter Lead.
This role is for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a background in tech, security and solid understanding of authentication and authorisation (Auth0 preferred). To join our fast-paced environment that demands a strong "ownership mentality", with your self-driven attitude, know how to relate to the business requirements and how to collaborate with technical engineers.
Analyse, document, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions within an agile framework. Translating and defining solution requirements into high-quality user stories with sufficient technical details, including personas, functional and system behaviours, highlighting risks, dependencies, assumptions and success criteria. Using iterative design principles to break down Epics and write user stories that deliver incremental value and communicate the technical and business impacts of solution delivery. Facilitates and collaborates in problem solving and decision making activities across the working group and stakeholders that contribute to discovery, analysis and solidify the solution design in order to land at the best outcomes for our customers and business. Planning and creation of artefacts to support BAU Product and Service Management. What you'll bring
Coming from a digital background, you will demonstrate business acumen, excellent communication and technical know-how that will help drive success. You're as comfortable facilitating sessions with stakeholders as you are with breaking down bugs and getting into the technical nitty-gritty with the team. You can narrow in on the data and the detail and widen to see the bigger picture. Most importantly, you should have a strategy and skills to take an idea from inception to delivery.
A solid understanding of authentication and authorisation, and a willingness and technical competency to get up to speed with the concepts and challenges involved. Technical understanding of how software is built, how to break down the work, how web services run (i.e. APIs, endpoints) in order to synthesise complex concepts into clear and understandable requirements. Demonstrated solutions analysis experience delivering innovative and large-scale projects, with an understanding of customer data management and the complexities involved (i.e. security, privacy, retention, storage, fraud, etc.). Excellent communication and facilitation skills, can collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and be proactive in managing their own schedule and optimising the squad's ways of working to execute against the product roadmap and delivery lifecycle.
