As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing financial leadership to a dynamic program. You'll provide valuable financial insights and strategic advice to drive key decision-making processes, ensuring the Program Leadership Team can optimise financial performance and maintain control over operations. Your ability to influence through financial and analytical leadership will directly impact budgeting, forecasting, and the ongoing management of the program's financial health.
In this role, you will support Program Leads by establishing and maintaining robust finance governance frameworks, fostering a culture of accountability and empowerment. You'll be responsible for monitoring and reporting financial performance, driving improvements, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic growth and operational efficiency.
