We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Subscription Management Platforms or SaaS solutions to join our Sydney-based team. This role focuses on driving strategic initiatives by developing detailed business cases, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and delivering value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business requirements and workflows.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI assessments.
• Collaborate with technical teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Provide insights into subscription management and SaaS best practices.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in SaaS or subscription management.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with platforms like Zuora, Salesforce Billing, or Chargebee is a plus.
