Salary: $120K-$130K plus super, car, bonus.

A significant opportunity to be appointed as a key contact with major developers and builders for large Melbourne accounts/projects. 
  
The Opportunity  
In this autonomous role, reporting to the State Sales Manager;
Develop a plan and execute account strategies to drive sales growth with Tier 1 & 2 Commercial Builders and Developers. Defend project specifications and manage stakeholder expectations through the value management process. Provide on-site support to all stakeholders as required Develop strong communication channels with all team members to assist in project pipeline management. Your Skillset Proven record in business development in the construction sales industry. Experience in dealing with Tier 1 Commercial Builders & Developers. Advanced relationships with commercial building industry decision makers. Strong presentation and high level negotiation skills.
