This is an excellent Business Development Manager role with an upmarket business, well-placed to support you in building your own success within the real estate industry. Suited to an experienced BDM or Property Manager who is looking to push on or take their real estate sales career to the next level.

Due to their continued success, they're looking for their next award-winning, star performer to prospect and convert leads generated business wide to grow the rent role continually.

Requirements Previous sales experience / real estate BDM experience
Current Real Estate Certificate
A background of meeting targets and KPI's
Team player with a strong work ethic. Prepared and willing to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, over the phone and in person
A desire to learn and improve
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Drivers license
