The Benefits: Uncapped commissions!Hybrid work model: 1 day WFHSupportive, growth-focused environmentCar available for useRecognition programs to reward accomplishmentsPaid day off on your birthday The Role: Sales Expansion: Convert scheduled calls and online inquiries into property management agreements.Partnership Development: Build and nurture referral partnerships, fostering lasting relationships with key business stakeholders.Client Interaction: Conduct in-person meetings with property owners to establish trust and communicate the value of services.Efficient Onboarding: Oversee the seamless onboarding process for new clients, from agreement signing to property setup.Standards Compliance: Ensure new properties align with property rating policies and meet quality standards.Ongoing Support: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns. The Candidate: Sales Expertise: Proven success in sales - doesn't have to come from real estate! (however highly desirable)Client-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.Communication Skills: Proficient in presentations, contract negotiations, and client management.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while achieving sales targets.Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
