The Role:
Servicing new management leads through the business & prospecting for new opportunities
Building effective relationships with colleagues, management, sales agents, buyers, sellers, etc.
Providing guidance & accurate advice regarding rental prices & industry trends
Communicating regularly with landlords throughout the listing & leasing process
Striving to exceed monthly targets
Overseeing new management compliance & requirements
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be an existing Business Development Manager in Real Estate or have a strong leasing/property management background
Ability to work autonomously & self-motivate
Team player with exceptional customer service skills
