The BDM must have the ability to sell a complex suite of digital products and be able to tailor the approach to various businesses relative to their needs.

Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals using your existing network to generate sales and increase brand reach across Australia.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Management team to develop and implement business development plans aligned with organisational objectives.Networking and Relationship Building: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the organisation.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyse data to develop strategies for business expansion. What do you need? Proven track record in business development and sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Previous experience dealing with corporate businesses and Government.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
