Company: Is THE market leader in corporate asset finance, with global balance sheet to lend and relationships spread across global manufacturer partnerships and appetite to grow the equipment finance business, unlike many of our local Banks, who are exiting/spinning-off such portfolios.
Opportunity: Working for not only the market leader, this company is well known for being a rewarding business to work for, offering a market leading product.Role:
Focused on the high capex commercial entities, you will be targeting those direct corporate entities and structuring financing solutions that minimise working capital requirements needed to fund equipment needs.You will be working with a range of loan and leasing solutions, including residual risk positions and even progress draw facilities to compile certain capital equipment needs.
Sometimes the economic cycle to drive business to redraw equity in their equipment fleet, this company is open to all types of structured facilities.With a long operating history in Australia, this company has probably dealt with most commercial legal entities in some capacity.
Your challenge is to engage wth the relevant people in those companies to understand the capex cycle of those businesses, and provide relevant solutions at the right time.Requirements: We will be seeking to discuss this role with people who can show:1.
Origination experience with corporate entities for equipment backed deals in the multi $$$Millions each2.
Ability to structure well reasoned credit proposals and price for risk3.
You need to know the legal differences between products to negotiate facility terms4.
