Knotwood Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Victoria. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a crucial part in driving new business growth and revenue generation for our innovative products and services.
What you'll be doing Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and convert new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clientsPrepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposalsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teamsAchieve and exceed individual and team sales targetsProvide feedback and insights to improve our sales processes and strategiesWhat we're looking for Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the Construction industryStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levelsProactive, ambitious, and driven to achieve resultsFamiliarity with the New Business Development landscape and industry trendsTertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent work experienceWhat we offer
