We're looking for a BD Knowledge Manager to support our firm to win in the market by managing and optimising the firm's business development knowledge infrastructure and overseeing the operation and performance of the offshore account management team.
With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow.
We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout.
You'll learn plenty as you develop and maintain a centralized repository of PwC best practice business development materials, including case studies, citations, proposals and account management tools and templates in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
In this role your key responsibilities will be: Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a robust proposal and citation database including standard content Develop and drive processes and behaviors to ensure these materials are current, relevant, and accessible to client facing staff Work with C&M's AI proposal SME to ensure content is collected and appropriately tagged to feed into an AI proposal tool Collate and maintain best practice account management and other pursuit materials, tools and templates to support our professional staff in market Content Creation and Curation: Collaborate with the Australian and global account management and proposal teams to develop or refresh best practice business development tools and templates Offshore Account Resource Management Provide direction, training and support to the firm's offshore account management team Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth onboarding to new accounts, efficient workflow and productivity Identify training needs for the team and connect with the appropriate Clients and Markets SME to provide relevant training sessions Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and account status.
More About You Minimum of 4 years experience in account management, proposal management or knowledge management Ideally worked in a professional services environment or within a matrix structure Strong project management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts Have worked with offshore or third-party support teams Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative and able to manage multi workstream projects Highly proficient with digital tools (e.g.
Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems) and an interest in AI It's time to move forward.
