Key Responsibilities Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner Assist them in understanding and enjoying our game - including the safety rules Offer food and beverage Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol Ensure the bays are clean and ready for our Guests Be efficient in handling cash Offer optimum guest service – create "Moments that Matter" Take pride in serving our food and beverages according to Topgolf standards Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest's experience and maximise sales Key Qualifications Previous food and beverage experience Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate Energy and enthusiasm Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs Our promise to you: a playful environment where you can make new friends.
