Customer Engagement Partner - SA Where do you want to go? We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Engagement Partner (CEP) to join the Bayer Pharma team promoting market leading cardio/renal medicine that improves the lives of thousands of patients each year.

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? As a CEP, you will be empowered to drive strategic outcomes within your portfolio. You will have regular contact with external customers and stakeholders, covering all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients. Being the face of Bayer locally, you will grow connections with General Practitioners, specialists and key opinion leaders and understand the patients' journeys.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract role looking after SA/NT.

Do something that moves you. The CEP focuses on proactively bringing the outside in, working with healthcare professionals to contribute to national strategy development and uncovering all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients faster.

Plan and optimize your field activities, leveraging 90-day planning to align with strategic objectivesAdhere to ethical standards, legal and regulatory guidelines, and ensure actions align with company valuesDeep dive into uncovering, understanding and validating patient journeys, in conjunction to bringing your Bayer expertise, science and knowledge of the therapeutic ecosystemBuild strong relationships with healthcare professionalsAdapt to changes in business needs, market dynamics, and customer feedback, and be ready to pivot quickly in response to emerging trendsWork effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages knowledge sharing and problem-solvingLeverage data and analytics to make informed decisionsStay informed on industry knowledge, product information and influencing techniquesUtilize digital tools and technologies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and stay connected with teams and customersCollect relevant data and feedback to inform and guide your squads, driving continuous improvement and customer-centricity Does this sound like you? Previous pharmaceutical, OTC or healthcare sales experienceKnowledge of diabetes, cardiology or a similar therapeutic area would be highly desirableSolid business acumen, with an expertise in customer experience excellenceExcellent stakeholder engagement skillsDeep understanding of patient journeys and related treatmentsPrevious experience working in agile organisations and/or in 90-day planning cycles (desirable)Deep listening skills and strong influencing skillsBe highly proactive and self-motivatedComfortable with driving distances within your territory, interstate and regional travel may be required.Knowledge of compliance with Medicines Australia code of conductAble to understand and leverage digital tools to make informed decisionUnwavering desire to always be improving patient care Be You @ Bayer We are committed to creating a culture where people can be their best, in an environment that values inclusion, diversity and flexibility.
