As a project engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of C4. Working dynamically across various tasks, you'll bring your expertise in systems thinking, stakeholder communication, and outcome delivery to the forefront. Multiple positions are available, offering diverse opportunities based on your experience and capabilities. Responsibilities Join our Battlespace Communications System (BCS) team and take responsibility for: Leading a multi-disciplinary team developing and implementing work plansCoordinating design, prototype development, integration and verification activities for future C4 systemsSupporting the selection and management of suppliers and partners to compliment internal expertiseContributing to program strategies, plans and estimates in proposalsCollaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that your team is aligned with business priorities and has everything they need to succeed Experience/Qualifications To thrive in the role you should: Have a track record of delivering complex systems across multiple phases of the system lifecycle, preferably for defence customersPossess a strong technical background in systems engineering and/or product engineeringExcel in written and verbal communications with technical and non-technical stakeholdersHave relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related discipline Eligibility Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
