Please visit the ADF Careers Eligibility Page for more details. Your role: Join the Army's advanced information and communication systems team—the Signallers. This is a dedicated team of experts that always looks to the future. As a Battlespace Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for operating cutting-edge technology, such as satellite terminals, radios and advanced security equipment, to provide vital military communications anywhere in the world.

The majority of positions are located in Melbourne, Darwin, Townsville, Brisbane and Sydney.
Salary: Upon commencing training, your starting salary will be approximately $56,385 per annum plus 16.4% superannuation and your pay will increase as you progress through training.
On completion of your initial military training and initial employment training, you'll enjoy a package starting from $80,549 per annum.
As part of your training for this Battlespace Communications Specialist role, you'll earn qualifications for the operation of certain vehicles.
Eligibility: For this role, you must:
Be at least 17 years of age when you enter the ADF Have completed an Australian Year 10 education (or equivalent) with passes in English and Mathematics Be an Australian citizen. Keeping fit is a big part of joining the ADF.
