Bathurst Early Childhood Intervention Service | Business Manager

$44 – $50 per hour plus salary sacrifice benefits
Bathurst Early Childhood Intervention Service (BECIS) is seeking to employ a BUSINESS MANAGER .
The BECIS Business Manager is a new position and will oversee the business and finance operation of BECIS.
The Business Manager will work collaboratively with the Service Manager and Office Manager to lead a service that provides high quality, evidence-based, family-centred early childhood intervention for children aged 0 - 8.
BECIS is a not-for-profit organisation overseen by a volunteer Board and is a registered NDIS provider.
The position is part-time, 24 hours a week, days negotiable.

Responsibilities Business Operations and Administration in conjunction with the management team, including:
HR management, compliance, CRM management, implementation of the strategic plan & risk management Overseeing financial operations such as budgeting, payroll, invoicing and financial reporting, seeking grant opportunities and reporting on performance of funded programs Minimum Requirements Experience in a similar role Proficient in MYOB Proven financial management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Current drivers licence and own vehicle Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and reporting requirements Qualifications in business and/or financial management The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Screen.
