Here is what you can expect to be doing day to day when you join our fun, friendly & inclusive team and will be supported to hone & develop your grooming craft A day in the life… Provide outstanding grooming services in store Assist the Senior Groomer with day to day grooming tasks Bath and brush dog prior to groom Assist store shop floor team when required Assist with coordinating bookings Ensure the appropriate handling and safe transfer of animals within the store Work with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team What we need....for us it's simple!
You're passionate about animals and confident being around animals as you will be exposed to dogs with lots of different personalities…You're motivated to take that next step in your career & willing to put in the hard yards to become the best Groomer you can be.
A relevant qualification is preferred but not essential - as long as you bring the willingness & 'Can Do' attitude!
Our dog customers come in all shapes, sizes & weight so you will need to be physically fit and have an understanding of dog behaviors to ensure all interactions are safe for you and your customers!
We offer a range of hours, but you will need to be flexible and available to work weekends & public holidays… Most importantly, you love animals, you love people, you're outgoing and positive, & you love what you do!
