About the role
We are looking for a developing leader to safely deliver multiple projects throughout the entire project lifecycle and hone your construction and industry knowledge.
Underpinned by our commitment for environmental sustainability and regional prosperity, projects will include infrastructure supporting water, sewerage, recycled water, renewable energy networks and other exciting new opportunities delivered through various delivery models.
There will be an emphasis on cost effective, timely, safe and professional delivery of projects, encapsulating the project delivery process from design development and approval, right through to implementation and close out.
The role will report directly to our Project Team Lead and take responsibility for the output of other motivated project managers with the opportunity to grow with the business.
About You
You are a creative problem solver and self-motivated project manager, with great personal initiative and ability to provide leadership in this exciting phase of our business growth.
Your natural leadership trait will be present and imbed values of a safe and inclusive culture and aid in the growth of developing project management professionals.
Combining your expertise with an innovative approach and adaptability, you can navigate ambiguity and build strong relationships internally and externally.
Your qualification in engineering or construction management will be challenged in this complex and rewarding role.
Working alongside other project managers, supervisors and the site team, you value a team environment that supports each other to excel.
