Hours: Minimum of 20 to 30 hours per week.Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the bar:

Manage staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth service.Ensure high-quality customer service:

Create an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive and personalized service.Train and mentor junior staff:

Share your expertise and guide new team members to develop their skills and confidence.Manage inventory and supplies:

Keep track of stock levels, place orders with the manager, and ensure the bar is always well-supplied.Maintain a clean and organised bar area:
