About the role Reporting to the Head Bar, you will be a professional team member in the Beverage section, providing the highest level of service, which is unique and personal, and supporting the team to achieve outstanding performance, consistently. You will greet guests and assist them fully, serving beverage to the highest of standards. You will accommodate all guest requests in a timely fashion and actively seek opportunities to build rapport with guests in order to create a memorable experience, by anticipating individual needs, exceeding expectations and following company standards at all times.

The Shiny Happy Person Be able to deliver only the very best of the best on liquids and beverages Creative and innovative on how to creating attractive cocktails Good responsibility on how to maintain bar equipment in outstanding condition Great teamwork ethics and high initiative for bar hygiene Has working knowledge of P.O.S. (Tevalis) system and bar systems. Tertiary qualification in Hospitality preferred Deliver exceptional customer service experience with in depth worldly F&B knowledge Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English Passionate and willing to learn with positive working attitude Competent in multi-tasking and enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment This position is applicable for Indonesia Citizen Mamaka by Ovolo will bring something completely fresh and unique- something that has not experienced or seen before in the Bali market.
