What you'll do
You'll be an expert in your field - describing the selection of beverages of the world and demonstrate strong focus in Japanese Beverage such as Sake, Shochu, Chu-hai, etc.Introduce menu items to guests by delighting them with your interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation method.You'll be a great multitasker to ensure timely, quality, genuine and efficient service is provided.You'll be a brilliant communicator dealing with a variety of people, so you'll be adaptable, consistent, clear, and concise.Mastering in the art of beverage and work with an award winning Sommelier.What you'll bring
You are highly social, upbeat and friendly.You are confident and excited about a busy high-volume, high-energy environment.Pride in personal appearance and presentation.You can manage multiple tasks and guests with ease.Minimum 2 years' experience in the a bar roleA valid QLD RSA and food handling certificateThe flexibility to work on rotating roster including public holiday and weekendIn return we offer:
