ABOUT TELLER Teller is a multi-purpose venue in the heart of busy Lygon Street, Brunswick East. Our beautiful venue has five unique spaces, featuring an intimate 40-seater front bar, a light-filled 80-seat pavilion, a laneway courtyard bar with a retractable roof, an upstairs function space, and a private dining annex. We can host any occasion, from weddings, corporate dinners, family gatherings, and a quick midweek meal to a casual catch-up with friends.
Teller's concept features a casual yet up-market experience with a shared-style menu, complemented by 12 rotating beers on tap, amazing cocktails and a carefully curated wine list; we are synonymous with the Brunswick East drinking and dining scene. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for someone who loves people and our customers. Someone who is highly creative in the development of cocktail creation and has a passion for staying updated on current hospitality trends, including having a strong knowledge of the local dining scene.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: At least two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.Demonstrated experience in the day-to-day running operations of running and maintaining a bar, including cellar management.Maintaining systems and operations to ensure smooth running in your absence.Excellent communication and organisation skills; give feedback, support, direct and nurture toward staff and management.Team-orientated with the ability to be able to jump out and help the floor staff if needed. RSA, Do Food Safety and Sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards.Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.WHY US?
