About the role You will be our face day in, day out, offering our guests the best possible service, every single time.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the bar, which requires making sophisticated cocktails, managing a small team of professionals, and taking ownership for the management of the bar.
This is not the standard bartending role. We distill in-house, work with local seasonal produce, and produce most of our syrups and tonics. If you want to learn complicated techniques, we are perfect for you.
If you are the best at what you do, we want to work with you. Your role will be diverse. You will assist with serving food and beverages, running and hosting when we are quiet. The role is really important. Hence, you are really important to us.
The role is located in Darwin, and priority is given to Darwin residents.
